I cannot believe that they don’t provide dosage information on this product. Other than that, it’s absolutely great. I have been using it when needed, rather than daily due to the price. However, I have noticed better sleep and a quicker recovery from a head cold or hard workout. I have suggested this product to many people.

I have used Glutaryl for a few months now. I do have more energy and am sleeping better. I starting taking a couple other supplements a few months ago also, so the improvement is could be due to the Glutaryl and the others.
