SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases in La Habra, CA. Email info@aurowellness.com after your order is complete to arrange a pickup time.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $100 within the Contiguous United States.

Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates within the Contiguous United States:

Orders under $100:

Orders over $100:

FedEx $4.95

If you select a FedEx shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is completed, we will email you tracking information. If the order is over the value of $350 and the customer chooses to not have signature with delivery, the loss of the package is at the customer's fault.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription, we will deliver on a monthly basis, or as the customer sets up.

If the customer wants to skip a shipment, they must let Auro know 2 business days before the shipment is going through. If customers wish to return an unopened bottle from a subscription item, they will be responsible for the label to mail back the product and a 10% restocking fee.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free USPS shipping is not valid on international orders.

  • All VAT, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer ordering the product. Auro takes no responsibility for any of these additional costs or shipping costs.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship worldwide yet. If you wish to deliver to your location, email us at info@aurowellness.com and we can see if that is possible.
